传统商业街区历史景观元素保护性改造设计研究--以泰安市通天街为例

The Historical Landscape Conservation Reconstruction Design of Traditional Commercial Street District:A Case Study on Tongtian Street in Tai'an City

该文运用调查问卷、访谈、观察等方法研究了泰安市通天街商业街区的现状及存在的不足之处,根据通天街的实际情况,提出泰安市通天街区规划改造的理论依据和方法措施。通过对泰安通天街商业街区的分析研究,总结出传统商业街区改造应遵循"完整性、真实性、生活延续性"的原则,进而总结出对传统商业街区进行历史性景观的保护性改造设计应运用"循序渐进、审慎更新、居民参与、社区发展"的方法。

By applying the method of questionnaire, interview, observation, etc. we Study the current situation and existing problems of a commercial s^reet district named Tongtian street in Tai＇an. According to the actual situation of Tongtian street, we put forward a theoreticai basis and methods of planning and reconstruction measures. Throug~ the analysis and research Qf Tongtian Street, ~ sum up the traditional commercial district transformation should follow the principle of ~integrity~ authenticity and Continuity＂ . Finally we conclude that the traditional commercial district of historic landscape protective retrofit design should use the method of ＂gradual, prudent update, resident particlpation community development＂ .
