摘要
从将武汉市昙华林历史文化街区建筑的价值特征量化与相关数据空间化出发,便于价值评价成果的直观展现与协同共享,更好地指导昙华林历史文化街区的保护与管理。基于GIS技术建立建筑价值评价体系,在筛选出6项评价因子的基础上,采用层次分析法确定各因子的权重,将各因子加权叠加分析,生成街区建筑综合价值评分图,并据此提出相应的保护和整治措施。
By quantifying the value characteristics and spatially enabling the related data of the historical and cultural buildings in Tanhualin historic conservation area, Wuhan city, the vaine evaluation results can be easy to be intuitively showed and collaboratively shared, so as to be better on guiding the conservation and management of the historical and cultural blocks in Tanhualin. Based on having already filtrated the six evaluation factors, which derive from the evaluation system of architectural value on the basis of GIS technology, and determine the weight of each factor by adopting hierarchy analysis and process them with weighted superposition analysis to generate the comprehensive value graph, and then the corresponding protection and renovation measures can be proposed accordingly.
