在党自身建设的历史中,党的组织建设,包括组织机构的设置和其内部的机制的建构,无疑具有极为重要的作用。我们重温的《党委会的工作方法》,实际上正是中国共产党领导全国人民打江山的28年间,党在自身建设方面宝贵经验的总结。这些党委会的工作方法,既蕴含着马克思主义建党理论的一般要求,又体现了中国作风和中国方式。对于现今各级党委(党组)领导班子成员特别是主要负责同志学习掌握科学的工作方法和领导艺术,学习掌握党的政治纪律和政治规矩,仍然具有重大指导意义。

The system of the Party, including the organization of department and internal mechanism, has played a critical role in the self-governance of the Party. Methods of Work of Party Committees provided invaluable experience of the Party＇s self-governance after the 28 years leadership since the foundation of CPC. The Party committees＇ working method embodied the requirement of Marxist Party building theories and practical conditions of China. In the modem society, these methods play an important role in guiding the members of Party committees in grasping effective working methods, the political discipline of the Party and the art of leadership.
