高校肩负着人才培养的重要职责,要考核高校党建工作做的如何,评价高校办学水平怎么样,人才培养质量是一项重要的评价指标。针对目前高校基层党组织建设存在的问题及其成因分析,把高校基层党组织建设深入到高校的办学、改革和发展中,进一步探索高校服务型基层党组织建设的路径,是新时期高校党建工作的重要任务。

Colleges and universities shoulder the important responsibility of the talents cultivation. To as- sess how the Party construction or education level of the colleges and universities, the talent training quality is an important evaluation index. Aiming at the problems and their cause analysis of the primary Party or- ganizations construction in colleges and universities, it is an important task of Party construction in colleges and universities in the new period to put the primary Party organizations construction into the university ed- ucation, reform and development, for further exploration of the path of service-oriented basic-level Party or- ganization＇s construction in colleges and universities.
