The Main Countermeasures of the Construction Bases on the Modern University System of the Higher Vocational Colleges

现代大学制度建设是全面推进依法治国方略,落实依法治校策略的必然要求。文章首先提出了高职院校现代大学制度建设把握的几个关键问题,然后从制度建设基本内涵、《章程》核准、健全完善党委领导下校长负责制、构建配套制度体系等方面提出了建议。

The construction of modem university system is a comprehensive strategy of advancing the rule by law. The implementation of the strategy is the inevitable requirement. This article puts forward sev- eral key problems of the modem university system construction of the higher vocational colleges, and then it is proposed from basics connotation of the system construction, the approval of the constitution, and the President Responsibility system under the leadership of the Party committee, to building form a complete set of sound system.
