“微时代”下加强高校职业指导教育的思考

以微信、微博等为代表的微媒介正呈现出爆炸式的发展态势,成为了社会生活的重要内容,这也意味着"微时代"的到来。当前,我国大学生就业问题日益凸显,高校职业指导工作面临着更加严峻的挑战,普遍也存在一些问题,这大大地妨碍了职业指导教育的开展,不利于大学生的成长成才。微媒介有着极其鲜明的特点和广泛的覆盖面,这给高校职业指导教育工作带来更为广阔的空间。基于此,在"微时代"下,如何利用微媒介来加强大学生职业指导教育工作就成为了高校必须认真思考的问题。

Micro-media, represented by Wechat and Blog, is showing an explosive development trend and becomes an important part of social life, which also means that micro-era is coming. At present, the em- ployment problem of college students in our country is becoming more and more prominent. Thus the ca- reer guidance work in university is facing more severe challenges and there exists some problems in gener- al. Those also hinder the development of vocational guidance education and are not conducive to the col- lege students＇ growth. Micro-media has very distinctive features and extensive coverage, which also brings a broader space to the vocational guidance of education work. Based on this, in the micro-era, how to use micro-media to strengthen the education of college students＇ guidance work has become a serious consider- ate problem.
