基于信念反思的大学英语教师PLC建构刍议

摘要 自上世纪末以来,有关PLC(专业学习共同体)的研究在教育界蓬勃兴起。近些年,在大学英语教师群体中建立专业学习共同体的呼声愈加强烈。如以共同愿景为纽带构建大学英语教师PLC,势必能够推进大学英语教学改革与创新,提升教学的实效性。然而,教师信念在极大程度上影响着教师对语言教学的认知以及教学效果,PLC的建构离不开教师对PLC的理念以及内涵的深刻认识。本文通过对大学英语教师相关信念的调查以期促进教师的自我反思,探析合理的PLC建构路径。 The research on PLC (Professional Learning Community) in the field of education has been thriving since the end of last century. The appeal to constructing PLCs among college teachers is soaring up high in recent years. It must be constructive and beneficial to construct PLCs based on the common vision of college English teachers. It will definitely promote the reform and innovation of college teaching, and improve the effectiveness of college English teaching and learning. However, teachers' beliefs greatly influ- ence teaching practice and teaching students' learning outcome. It's inevitable to investigate teachers' be- liefs in the nature and feature of PLC. This article aims to exploring practical strategies of constructing PLCs based on the investigation of teachers' beliefs and reflections.
