基于线电压判据的配电网单相断线故障定位方法 被引量:13

摘要 10kV配电网属中性点不接地或小电流接地系统,配电线路单相断线类型故障判别依据是常规做法,通过监测线路相电压或相电流的变化情况作为依据,但实施较难较复杂,且判定结果受是否单相接地因素影响大。采用测量线电压向量变化情况作为线路单相断线的判断依据的故障判断定位方法,不受单相接地因素影响。通过线电压测量装置测量线路所在位置三相线电压向量,比较其有效值大小,比较线电压最大相与其相邻相线电压之间相位夹角关系,可以有效识别测量点所处位置是否发生单相断线故障。 10kV distribution network is a neutral point is not grounded or small current grounding system. Monitoring the change of phase voltage or phase current is a common method for identification of single phase line break fault in distribution network. But it is difficult to implement, and the result is affected by the factor of single phase to ground fault. Measurement and analysis of phase line voltage vector can also identify distribution network single-phase disconnection fault, and it is not affected by the factor of single phase to ground fault. Installing line voltage measurement devices in power distribution lines, and the circuit of three phase line voltage vector are collected. Comparison and find out the maximum line voltage value, calculate the phase angle between it and the other two voltages, can effectively identify and locate the single-phase disconnection fault.
