摘要 本文针对电能质量监测装置测试领域的问题,推出一套自动检测平台。平台在软件方面采用层次化、模块接口标准化的设计思想,在硬件方便采用独立多回路同步控制的开放式结构,提供针对电能质量监测装置检测模板和装置检测方案管理模块,以应对不同种类的电能质量监测装置,方便测试系统的扩展,测试完成后,自动形成标准格式的检测报告。该自动检测平台实现高效率的独立多回路零干预自动检测,能显著提高电能质量监测装置检测工作的效率,减轻检测人员的繁琐任务,实现规范化、标准化和高效率化的自动检测。 Aiming at the problems in the test field of power quality monitoring device, this paper proposes an automatic detection platform, on which the design idea of hierarchical and modular interface standardization is adopted in terms of software, and the open structure of the independent multi loop synchronization control is adopted in terms of hardware. The open structure provides detection templates and device detection program management module for power quality monitoring device, which can deal with different types of power quality monitoring devices and facilitate the expansion of test system. When the test is complete, detection report with standard format will be automatically formed. The automatic detection platform can achieve high efficiency independent multi loop automatic detection with zero intervention, significantly improve the efficiency of the detection work of power quality monitoring device, reduce the tedious task of testers, and achieve normalization, standardization and high efficiency of the automatic detection.
