摘要
针对快艇用的高转速柴油主机,开发了一种以嵌入式微型计算机为控制单元、力矩电机为执行机构的电动式主机调速系统,给出了系统整体结构、控制单元与执行机构各模块设计方法及与安全性和可靠性相关的细节。经实船应用证实,该调速系统具有运行稳定可靠、响应快、精度高的优点。
An engine speed regulation system for high speed boats is developed. It is characterized with the embedded microcomputer as the control unit and with the torque motor as the actuator. The configuration of the system structure, the modules of the control unit, actuator, as well as the supplementary modules related to safety and reliability are presented in more detail. The fast response to setpoint changes and the tracking accuracy of the speed regulation system are demonstrated with the data of a real boat.
