摘要
针对引黄水库水低温低浊,高有机物的特点,自主研发了混合流气浮工艺用于处理引黄水库水。由于混合流气浮工艺具有逆流混合和平流黏附的特点,相较于平流和逆流粘附效率要更高。基于混合流气浮工艺的特点,分别对比了平流/逆流、混合流气浮工艺的净水效能。结果表明,混合流气浮在浊度和有机物去除方面明显优于平流气浮和逆流气浮。混合流对浊度、COD、UV_(254)、DOC平均去除率分别为96.4%、36.9%、45.4%、31.7%。在浊度、COD、UV_(254)、DOC平均去除率方面混合流分别比平流高出比平流气浮的分别高出5.3%、3.9%、3.5%、0.9%,比逆流气浮分别高出8.8%、5.3%、7.2%、2.3%。所以在气浮净水效能方面,混合流>平流>逆流。
In view of the Yellow River reservoir water with characteristics of low temperature, low turbidity and high organic matter, Mixed flow air floatation process for Yellow River reservoir water treatment are researched and developed. Because of the characteristics of mixed flow air floatation process with countercurrent mixing and downstream adhesion, as compared to the down-flow flotation and contra-flow flotation adhesion, the efficiency of the former process is higher than the latters. Based on the characteristics of mixed flow air floatation process,the water purification efficiencies of the down-flow/contra-flow and mixed flow air flotation process are compared and analyzed. The results show that mixed flow air floatation is significantly better than down-flow flotation and contra-flow flotation inthe removal of turbidity and organics. Average removal efficiency of the former in turbidity, COD, UV254 and DOC are 96.4% , 36.9% , 45.4%, 31.7%, respectively. As the above water quality indexes are concerned, removal efficiencies of mixed air floatation process exceed down-flow flotation by 5.3% 、 3 . 9% 、 3 . 5% 、 0 . 9% and c o n t r a - f l o w flotation b y 8 . 8% 、 5 . 3% 、 7 . 2% 、 2 . 3 % . T h e s e q u e n c e o f w a t e r purification efficiency of air floatation is : mixed f l o w 〉 down-flow 〉 c o n t r a - f l o w .
