摘要
目的:糖尿病是以慢性高血糖为特征的一组代谢性疾病,糖尿病的治疗和管理已成为一个世界健康问题。长期以来,我国T2DM的防治工作主要集中在大医院及专科医院,而发达国家先进经验提示,加强对社区的高血糖的管理,以T2DM防治为重点的干预措施,提高社区T2DM的管理率,对预防T2DM的发生及并发症至关重要。本文结合国内、国外有关资料,对社区T2DM的管理、我国目前T2DM的社区管理措施及存在的问题、国外社区T2DM的管理特点及改进方向进行阐述。
Diabetes mellitus is a group of metabolic diseases characterized by chronic hyperglycemia,the treatment and management of diabetes has become a global health problem.For a long time,the prevention and cure of T2 DM in our country is mainly concentrated in large hospitals and specialized hospitals,the advanced experience of developed countries,to strengthen the management of hyperglycemia in the community,to prevent the occurrence and complications of T2 DM is essential,the T2 DM prevention and control as the focus of interventions to improve the management rate of community T2 DM.This paper combines the domestic and foreign relevant information,the management of community T2 DM,the current management of T2 DM in China and the existing problems,the management characteristics and improvement direction of T2 DM in foreign communities are described.
