宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合下输卵管疏通术治疗输卵管性不孕症的临床效果评价

Evaluation on the clinical effect of fallopian tube dredging combined with hysteroscopy and laparoscopy in the treatment of tubal infertility

目的:探索宫腔镜联合腹腔镜进行输卵管疏通术治疗输卵管性不孕症的疗效。方法:收治输卵管性不孕症患者100例,随机分为参考组和研究组各50例。参考组行宫腔镜输卵管疏通术;研究组以宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合行输卵管疏通术。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于参考组,术后并发症发生率低于参考组(P<0.05)。结论:宫腔镜联合腹腔镜进行输卵管疏通术治疗输卵管性不孕症疗效显著,并发症更少。

Objective:To explore the effect of laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy in the treatment of tubal infertility.Methods:100 patients with tubal infertility were selected.They were randomly divided into the study group and the study group,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group were treated with hysteroscopy and fallopian tube dredging;while the study group were treated with hysteroscopy and laparoscopy.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in the treatment of tubal infertility with fallopian tube dredging has a significant effect and fewer complications.
