米诺环素辅助治疗慢性牙周炎的疗效

Efficacy of minocycline in the treatment of chronic periodontitis

目的:探讨米诺环素辅助治疗慢性牙周炎的临床疗效。方法:收治慢性牙周炎患者85例(362颗患牙),随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用米诺环素,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组菌斑指数、牙周附着水平、牙龈指数、C反应蛋白水平与白介素-6水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:米诺环素辅助治疗慢性牙周炎的临床疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of minocycline in the treatment of chronic periodontitis.Methods:85 cases(362 teeth)with chronic periodontitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment.The observation group added minocycline on the basis of conventional treatment.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,in the observation group,the plaque index,periodontal attachment level,gingival index,C reactive protein and interleukin-6 levels were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of minocycline in the treatment of chronic periodontitis was significant.
