复杂胫骨平台骨折患者采用双侧切口钢板内固定治疗对其优良率的影响分析

Analysis on the influence of the excellent rate in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures with bilateral incision plate internal fixation

目的:探讨双侧切口钢板内固定治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的效果。方法:收治复杂胫骨平台骨折患者80例,对照组采用单侧钢板内固定治疗,试验组采用双侧切口钢板内固定治疗。结果:治疗后,试验组骨折功能恢复优良率明显高于对照组,且患者各项临床指标也均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在复杂胫骨平台骨折患者中采用双侧切口钢板内固定治疗不仅骨折功能恢复状况良好,而且术中出血量较少,手术时间短,有利于患者的尽早康复。

Objective:To investigate the effect of bilateral incision plate internal fixation in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures.Methods:80 patients with complex tibial plateau fractures were treated with unilateral plate internal fixation,while the experimental group were treated with bilateral incision plate internal fixation.Results:After the treatment,the experimental group were significantly better than the control group,and the clinical indicators were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients of complex tibial plateau fractures with bilateral incision plate internal fixation in the treatment of fractures not only has good condition of functional recovery,but also has less bleeding,short operation time,help patients recover as soon as possible.
