摘要
目的:探讨妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤的临床治疗。方法:收治妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者60例,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果:结合患者具体情况行针对性手术治疗,治疗成功57例,成功率95%。结论:对妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者需提前进行病情诊断,根据具体情况进行手术治疗,能保证母婴健康。
Objective:To explore the clinical treatment of pregnancy with ovarian tumor.Methods:60 patients with pregnancy and ovarian tumor were selected,and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:We implemented targeted surgery combined with patient specific conditions.The treatment was successful in 57 cases.The success rate was 95%.Conclusion:We need to carry out early diagnosis for patients with pregnancy and ovarian tumor.We carried out surgical treatment according to the specific circumstances to ensure maternal and child health.
