连枷胸伴肺挫伤的腔镜手术固定与非手术固定治疗的临床研究

Clinical study of laparoscopic surgery and non surgical fixation treatment of flail chest and pulmonary contusion

目的:探讨连枷胸伴肺挫伤的腔镜手术固定与非手术固定治疗效果。方法:收治连枷胸伴肺挫伤患者52例,随机分为对照组和观察组各26例。对照组采用非手术固定治疗;观察组采用手术固定治疗。结果:观察组患者住院时间较短,术后恢复较好,各项指标明显优于对照组。结论:手术固定方式更有利于连枷胸伴肺挫伤患者的恢复。

Objective:To investigate the effect of endoscopic surgical and non surgical fixation in the treatment of flail chest and pulmonary contusion.Methods:52 patients with flail chest and pulmonary contusion were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 26 cases in each group.The control group were treated by non fixation treatment;the observation group were treated by surgical fixation.Results:The patients in observation group had shorter hospitalization time and better recovery after operation.Each index was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:Surgical fixation is more conducive to the recovery of patients with flail chest pulmonary contusion.
