方丝弓固定矫治器联合手术与单纯导萌手术治疗儿童埋伏阻生牙应用效果分析

Analysis on the application effect of edgewise appliance combined with surgery and guide-erupt operation alone in the treatment of impacted teeth in children

目的:观察方丝弓固定矫治器联合手术与单纯导萌手术治疗儿童埋伏阻生牙的应用效果。方法:收治埋伏阻生牙患儿194例,随机分两组,单纯组给予单纯导萌手术进行治疗,联合组则给予方丝弓固定矫治器联合手术治疗,观察并比较两组患儿临床矫治效果。结果:单纯组和联合组临床矫治总有效率分别为77.32%和91.75%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:方丝弓固定矫治器联合手术治疗儿童埋伏阻生牙效果显著。

Objective:To observe the application effect of edgewise appliance combined with surgery and guide-erupt operation alone in the treatment of impacted teeth in children.Methods:194 children with impacted teeth were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.Children in the simple group were treated with simple guide-erupt operation.The combination group were given edgewise appliance combined with surgical treatment.The clinical effect of the two groups of children were observed and compared.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the simple group and the combination group were 77.32% and 91.75%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The effect of edgewise appliance combined with surgery in the treatment of impacted teeth in children is significant.
