规范化治疗妊娠期糖尿病的疗效与妊娠结局分析

Curative effect and pregnancy outcome analysis of standardized treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus

目的:探讨妊娠期糖尿病行规范化治疗的临床价值及对妊娠结局的影响。方法:收治妊娠期糖尿病患者25例作为研究组,给予规范化治疗。选取同期健康产妇25例作为对照组。结果:研究组经规范化治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠期糖尿病孕妇积极给予规范化治疗能够有效控制血糖水平、改善母婴结局,临床应用价值极高。

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of standardized treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus and its effect on pregnancy outcome.Methods:25 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were selected as the study group,and they were given standardized treatment.25 healthy pregnant women were selected as control group at the same period.Results:After treatment,the fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2h blood glucose level of the study group were significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The positive treatment given to the pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus standardized treatment can control blood glucose levels effectively,and improve maternal and child outcomes.It has high clinical value.
