摘要
目的:探讨前侧入路前内侧钢板固定治疗肱骨中下段骨折效果。方法:收治肱骨中下段骨折患者64例,采用前侧入路前内侧钢板固定治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:64例患者的治疗效果良好。结论:前侧入路前内侧钢板固定治疗肱骨中下段骨折效果显著。
Objective:To explore the effect of anteromedial plate fixation with anterolateral approach in the treatment of middle and distal humeral fractures.Methods:64 patients with middle and distal humeral fracture were selected.They were treated with anteromedial plate fixation with anterolateral approach.We observed the therapeutic effect.Results:The therapeutic effect was good in 64 patients.Conclusion:The effect of anteromedial plate fixation with anterolateral approach in the treatment of middle and distal humeral fractures was significant.
