弹性髓内钉固定治疗儿童四肢长管状骨骨折疗效分析

Curative effect analysis of elastic intramedullary nail fixation in the treatment of children with long tubular fractures of limbs

目的:对弹性髓内钉固定治疗儿童四肢长管状骨骨折的具体方法以及疗效进行详细探究。方法:收治四肢长管状骨骨折患儿20例,对所有患儿骨折情况进行检查,并实施弹性髓内钉固定治疗措施。对患儿持续随访,对患儿的手术治疗效果进行调查分析。结果:通过本次手术治疗,所有患儿均在4 d左右出院,均未发生术后并发症,随访1年后,所有患儿均恢复健康。结论:对于儿童四肢长管状骨骨折患儿采用弹性髓内钉固定治疗措施,不仅稳定性好,而且伤口愈合较快,复位效果好,有效缩短患儿住院时间,且术后并发症比较少。

Objective:To analyze the specific method and the curative effect of elastic intramedullary nail fixation in the treatment of children with long tubular fractures of limbs.Methods:20 children with long tubular fractures of limbs were selected,all cases of children with fracture examination and treated by elastic intramedullary nail fixation.All children with continued follow-up,and we investigated the effect of surgical treatment for children.Results:All patients were discharged at 4 days after operation,and no postoperative complications occurred.After one year of follow-up,all the patients recovered.Conclusion:Using elastic intramedullary nail fixation in the treatment of children with long tubular fractures of limbs,not only has good stability,but also with faster wound healing.The reset effect is good,which can effectively shorten the length of hospital stay.The postoperative complications were less.
