成人肺结核患者心律失常的动态心电图与临床分析230例

The dynamic electrocardiogram and clinical analysis of 230 cases of arrhythmia in adult patients with tuberculosis

目的:探讨成人肺结核患者心律失常的动态心电图表现特点及临床分析。方法:收治成人肺结核患者的动态心电图检查资料230例,按年龄段分为老年组和非老年组,按肺功能检查结果分为肺功能正常组和异常组,按血气分析分正常组和异常组及三阳组(老年人合并有肺功能和血气分析异常)、非三阳组(非老年人合并肺功能和或血气分析异常),分为血气对各组数据进行心律失常分类统计与分析。结果:老年组心律失常发生率最高(84.78%),其次为血气分析异常组(81.30%),第三为肺功能异常组(73.91%)和三阳组(70.68%),在各组心律失常分类中以房性心律失常为多见,尤其是三阳组患者以房性心律失常为主的最多见(80.89%)。结论:老年人、肺功能异常和血气分析异常者是肺结核病发生心律失常的重点人群。

Objective:To study the dynamic electrocardiogram(ecg)of adult pulmonary tuberculosis patients with arrhythmia performance characteristics and clinical analysis.Methods:We collected 230 cases of adult patients with tuberculosis of dynamic ecg examination data,according to their age,they were divided into the elderly group and the non elderly group,according to the lung function,they were divided into the normal group and the abnormal lung function group,and according to blood gas analysis,they were divided into the normal group and the abnormal group,the three positive group(older people with lung function and blood gas analysis),the three non-positive(not with pulmonary function in the elderly and/or abnormal blood gas analysis),respectively to arrhythmia classification statistics and data analysis.Results:The incidence of arrhythmia in elderly group was the highest(84.78%),followed by abnormal blood gas analysis group(81.30%),and the third for abnormal lung function group(73.91%),and the three positive group(70.68%),atrium arrhythmia is see more in each groups of arrhythmia classification,especially the three positive group of patients with atrium arrhythmia of the most common(80.89%).Conclusion:The elderly,abnormal lung function and abnormal blood gas analysis were the main population of tuberculosis occurred arrhythmias.
