尿液检验中试纸法与镜检法的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of test paper and microscopic examination in urine test

目的:对比、分析、研究尿液检验中试纸法与镜检法的效果。方法:收治进行尿常规检查的患者92例,分别采用两种方式检查,即试纸法与镜检法,对比、分析两种检查方法的检查结果。结果:试纸法阳性检出率35.8%,镜检法32.6%,对比结果,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:尿液检验中,试纸法与镜检法均是有效的检查方法,为提高检验准确率,可联合使用两种检查方法。

Objective:To compare and analyze the effect of test paper and microscopic examination in urine test.Methods:92 cases with urinary routine examination were selected.They were used test paper and microscopic method to check respectively.We compared the results of the two inspection methods.Results:The positive rate of test paper was 35.8% and 32.6% for microscopic examination,and there was no significant difference between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the urine test,test paper and microscopic methods are effective inspection methods.In order to improve the accuracy of inspection,the two methods can be combined.
