摘要
目的:探讨同伴教育对PICC置管患者自我管理的影响。方法:收治PICC置管患者126例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组在常规健康教育基础上增加同伴教育,比较两组效果。结果:在观察组,患者PICC相关知识掌握程度、自我管理行为和并发症发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:实施同伴教育可以提高患者PICC置管相关知识及自我管理行为能力,减少并发症发生。
Objective:To explore the effect of peer education in self-management of patients with PICC.Methods:126 patients with PICC were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given conventional health education.The observation group added peer education on the basis of conventional health education.We compared the effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the mastery degree of PICC related knowledge,self-management behavior and complication rate were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Peer education can improve the mastery degree of PICC related knowledge and self-management ability and reduce complications.
