Analysis of nursing safety hidden trouble and management countermeasures in department of endocrinology

目的:探讨护理工作中存在的安全隐患及优化管理措施。方法:收治内分泌科患者60例,比较未实施安全护理管理工作患者与实施安全护理管理工作患者的临床资料。结果:安全护理管理有利于降低不良事件发生率,提升患者满意度(P<0.05)。结论:内分泌科患者护理过程中存在各种安全隐患,提出针对性的安全护理管理对策,能有效降低不良事件发生率,提高患者满意度。

Objective:To explore the nursing safety hidden trouble and management countermeasures in department of endocrinology.Methods:60 patients in department of endocrinology were selected.We compared the clinical data between patients without safety nursing management and patients with safety nursing management.Results:Safety nursing management was helpful to reduce the incidence of adverse events and improve patient satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion:There were various hidden dangers in nursing process of patients in department of endocrinology.We should put forward specific safety nursing management measures,which can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events and improve patient satisfaction.
