摘要
文章从医院成本管理出发,对高值耗材二级库管理模式与传统一级库管理模式进行了对比分析,阐述了二级库模式在完善管理模式、实现"零库存"等方面的特点。
Based on the hospital cost management, this article compares the management mode of high-value consumable secondary library and the traditional one-level library, and explains the characteristics of the secondary library mode in the implementation process in terms of overcoming the weakness of the management mode and the realization of ＂zero inventory＂.
