神经网络在医院全面预算管理中的应用

APPLICATION OF NEURAL NETWORK IN HOSPITAL COMPREHENSIVE BUDGET MANAGEMENT

文章通过对国内外医院预算管理的对比分析,引出医院对全面预算精细化管理的要求;结合传统预算管理方法不准确的弊端,对比智能化的神经网络系统处理方式,提出了基于神经网络的医院全面预算管理方法。通过分析神经网络对医院全面预算管理处理的理论基础,构建了医院全预算管理与神经网络对应关系的模型。详细阐明了神经网络学习过程,仿真结果表明,基于神经网络训练模型,能够对预算全程进行精确预测和控制,较好地完成医院全面精细化预算管理。

This paper brings out the requirement of hospital budget management by a comparison between the foreign and domestic hospital. Combining the traditional budget management methods and the intelligent neural network system, a neural network based comprehensive budget management method is proposed. Analysing the neural network algorithm, the corresponding neural network based hospital comprehensive budget management model is established. The simulation result shows that the neural network training model can predict the whole process of the budget accurately.
