Wire-Cutting Processing of Disc Cam Based on Excel

本文根据给定的凸轮运动规律,利用Excel生成盘形凸轮轮廓的X、Y点阵坐标,然后将数据点导入到AutoCAD中,再将生成的工程图,保存为dwg格式文件,最后将dwg文件导入到电火花线切割加工机床,按要求设定好加工工艺参数,直接驱动机床加工出盘型凸轮。

According to the given motion law of cam, this paper generates lattice coordinates of the disc cam using Excel, and then imports the data into AutoCAD software, saves the generated engineering drawing as dwg file, and at last imports the dwg file to wire-cutting machine and sets up the processing technology parameters as required which will directly drive the machine to produce the disc cam.
