摘要
本文以苯-环己烷二元混合物系为研究对象,通过Wilson、NRTL及UNIQUAC三种热力学模型的误差分析筛选出合适的物性方法,得出Wilson模型因误差最小而被选用;选择二甘醇、三甘醇、丁酸丙酯、苯甲醚这4种溶剂分别绘制拟二元汽液平衡相图和采用Aspen Plus中的Radfrac模块评价对苯-环己烷的分离效果,筛选出二甘醇为最合适的萃取剂。
Benzene-cyclohexane mixture system was researched in this paper, through error analysis of 3 thermody-namic model which are Wilson, NRTL and UNIQUAC to screen out the appropriate physical property method. The Wilson model was selected because of minimum error; four kinds of solvent, which are diethylene glycol,triethylene glycol, n-propyl butyrate and anisole, were chosen and the correspond pseudo-binary phase diagrams were drawn and the Radfrac module of Aspen Plus was used in the evaluation of benzene-cyclohexane separation; diethylene glycol was selected as the most suitable extractant.
