摘要
本文以甲醇-苯二元混合物系为研究对象,通过Wilson、NRTL及UNIQUAC 3种热力学模型的误差分析筛选出合适的物性方法,得出Wilson模型因误差最小而被选用;选择苯甲醚、环丁砜、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺、糠醛这4种溶剂作为萃取剂,利用Aspen Plus中的Radfrac模块评价对甲醇-苯的分离效果的影响,筛选出苯甲醚为最合适的萃取剂。
Methanol-benzene mixture system was researched in this paper, through error analysis of 3 thermodynamic model which are Wilson, NRTL and UNIQUAC to screen out the appropriate physical property method. The NRTL model was selected because of minimum error; four kinds of solvent, which are anisole, tetramethylene sulfone, n n-dimethylacetamide, and furfural, were chosen; the Radfrac module of Aspen Plus was used in the evaluation of ace-tonitrile-water separation; anisole was selected as the most suitable extractant.
