Research and Application of MES Training in Tobacco Enterprises

企业的信息化改造非常必要,但是系统的培训也同样重要。本文对烟草企业MES项目的培训进行了研究,并设计了培训方案。使系统的使用者、操作者、企业的管理者都能够清楚自己的操作方法,并能够对问题进行解决或者上报。通过实际应用,证明该培训方案应用效果良好,能够使企业正确使用MES,对企业的生产管理提供帮助。

Information-based reform of enterprises is necessary, and the systematical training is equally important. This paper studies the training of tobacco enterprise MES project and designs the training program. System users, op-erators, and business managers are able to understand their own operation, and to solve or report the problems. Through practical application, it is proved that the training program works well, which enables the enterprise to use MES correctly and helps the production management of the enterprise.
