摘要
教学档案材料信息分类分级存储在"云柜"中,实现"云柜"与档案存储柜的透明化,通过"云柜"能极快地检索到所要材料,提高了高校教学档案管理的效率。本文介绍了高校教学档案"云柜"管理系统开发的意义,对系统的功能模块和数据库表的设计与实现进行了详细阐述。
Teaching archives classification information are stored in the ＂cloud cabinet＂. The transparency of cloud cabinet and file storage is realized. Through the ＂cloud cabinet＂, the material can be quickly retrieved, which im-proves the efficiency of teaching archives management in colleges and universities. This paper introduces the signifi-cance of the development of cloud cabinet college teaching archives management system, and discusses in detail the function of the system module and database table design and implementation.
