文章阐述了国际漫游用户通信问题的现状,针对用户投诉现象进行分析和研究,运用IT和IC技术,结合研究者自身工作经验,组织相关业务和技术人员开发了一套用户自助解决通信故障的平台,并基于软硬件架构体系制订了一种实施方案。

This paper expounds the present situation of the international roaming user's communication problems. Based on the analysis and research for customer complaint, using IT and IC technology and combined with the work experience, the related business and technical personnel have developed a set of user self-service platform to solve the communication failures and they also formulate an implementation plan based on the hardware and software architecture system.
