基于双元制校企合作机制下专业建设的实证研究

Empirical research on specialty construction based on dual system under university-enterprise cooperation mechanism

"双元制"是一种高职院校校企合作机制,由企业和职业院校共同培养高技能人才。根据校企合作的实践,校企共建了4G移动专业方向,实行了"校企共育,定向订单"人才培养模式,构建了模块化项目课程体系,开发了基于工作任务的项目化课程,形成了三位一体的专业教师团队,实现了4G移动实训基地的共建共享,成立了工程服务与创新应用中心,积极开展了社会服务。目前专业建设实证研究收到了良好成效,为其他院校同类专业建设提供参考。

'Dual system'is a kind of university-enterprise cooperation school running system which cultivates the highly-skilled talents by both the enterprise and the vocational college. According to the cooperation practice between college and enterprise, 4G mobile professional direction was established; the order-based cultivating mode was constructed; the modular project course system was constructed; the project-based curriculum was developed; the teacher's team of Trinity was formed; the construction and sharing of 4G mobile training base was implemented; both the Engineering Service Center and the Innovation Application Center were established and social services were actively carried out. At present, the empirical research on specialty construction has received good results, which provide reference for the construction of similar majors in other colleges.
