摘要
文章分析了目前部分高职院校学生自主学习尤其是主动学习成效不明显的原因,从学校、教师和学生三个方面提出了针对性的解决思路和办法。学校教学资源的优化整合可以给学生创设一个积极的自主学习环境,教学过程中教师的课堂引领意识和教学方式的正确运用是促使学生主动学习的关键因素,而学生主动学习意识的培养也非常重要。
This paper analyzes the reasons why the students' effect of autonomous learning, especially the active learning in some high vocational colleges is not obvious. And it proposes the corresponding solutions and ways from three aspects-schools, teachers and students. Teaching resources integration can give students a positive autonomous learning environment; teachers' guiding consciousness and the correct and suitable teaching ways are the key factors for active learning; meanwhile the cultivation of students' active learning consciousness is also very important.
