摘要
高职生处在生理发育成熟但是心理尚未成熟的关键时期,这个时期部分高职生容易受外界的影响而造成情绪的突发和多变。文章介绍了自卑、抑郁、焦虑和迷茫四种高职生较常产生的不良情绪及其表现和定义,从教学方式、考试与就业压力、社会评价、人际关系等方面分析了引发部分高职生不良情绪的外在因素,从树立积极态度、制定合理计划和目标、充分利用多种资源、积极参加群项类运动等不同角度探讨了高职生情绪自我管理的对策。
The higher vocational college students are in the critical period of physical development and maturation, but the psychology is not yet mature. During this period, they are easily affected by the outside world, which causes the sudden and changeable emotions. This paper introduces the performance and definition of inferior emotions such as self-esteem, depression, anxiety and confusion and analyzes the external factors from such aspects as teaching methods, exam and employment pressures, social evaluation and interpersonal relationship. The self-management countermeasures are discussed. The students should set up positive attitude, make reasonable plan and target, make full use of various resources and actively take part in group sports.
