沟通能力作为职业能力提升(PAP)的重要项目之一,文章以全面提升高职院校学生职业能力(PAP)为背景,以提升高职院校学生沟通能力为重点,结合高职院校学生沟通能力现状及存在的问题,融入社会主义核心价值观教育,构建以年级为维度的高职学生沟通能力培养模式。

Communication skill is one of the important projects of professional ability promote. To fully improve higher vocational students' professional ability and communication ability, this paper constructs a grade-based training mode which combines with the current situation of the students' communication skill and existing problems and has socialist core values education.
