The industry-based vocational training is inseparable from the sustainable development of the industry. The upgrading of industry technology has higher demand for talents, and the training strategy is an effective way to improve the talent level. This paper analyzes the industry-training curriculum development, learns from foreign typical vocational training curriculum development mode,explores the training curriculum development process of the communications specialty, gives an curriculum development case of the maintenance post and discusses the methods for vocational training resources development and construction.
