技能竞赛提升职业院校教师综合能力的研究与实践

Research and practice on improving the comprehensive ability of teachers in vocational colleges skills competition

针对目前部分职业院校中存在的教师育人理念落后、教研能力弱、实践能力不足的现状,通过把职业技能竞赛融入到日常教学中,不仅促进了专业教学改革,提高了人才培养质量,同时也提升了教师的综合能力。文章重点阐述了职业院校技能竞赛对于教师在育人理念、教研能力、实践能力等方面的提升作用。

In view of the present situation of the teachers in vocational colleges, such as backward teaching concept, weak teaching and research ability and lack of practical ability, this paper puts forward the idea of integrating the vocational skills competition into the daily teaching, which not only promotes the professional teaching reform, but also improves the quality of personnel training and teachers' comprehensive ability. This paper mainly studies the lifting effect of vocational skills competition in the concept of education, teaching and research ability and practical ability.
