港珠澳大桥海中桥梁工程预制墩身干湿接缝施工工艺分析 被引量:1

摘要 港珠澳大桥海中桥梁工程非通航孔桥墩身为矩形空心墩,均采用预制安装工艺连接,墩身竖向垂直精度及匹配安装精度要求高,施工难度大,是港珠澳大桥桥梁施工中的难点之一。为实现项目"四化"工法的总体设计思想,墩身连接分别采用了干接缝和湿接缝两种施工工艺,均取得了良好的施工效果。文中结合港珠澳大桥海中桥梁工程的建设实际,对墩身预制、连接施工工艺进行了分析,探讨两种施工工艺的重点、难点及施工效果,为今后类似跨海工程项目的施工工艺选择提供参考。 In Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Project(HZMB), the rectangle hollow pier shafts in non-navigation bridge are connected with the prefabricated installation technology, which requires high precision in vertical and match-up installation and is one of the difficulties in the HZMB Project. To realize the overall design philosophy of the 'four objectives' construction method, the dry--joint and wet-joint technology is applied for the connection of the pier shafts respectively, both achieving satisfactory results. Based on the bridge construction practices and analysis of prefabrication and connection technologies for the pier shafts, this paper has studied the key points, difficulties and results of the two connection technologies and provided reference and technology choice for the future similar sea-crossing project.
