摘要
组合结构最大的技术特点是组合后的结构性能比两种材料各自的力学性能更佳。当钢材处于拉伸区域时,其强度及其延展性能够很好发挥,但当钢材处于压缩区域时,其对强度的贡献取决于屈曲强度,特别是当钢板较薄时,很难充分发挥其材料性能。而混凝土是一种比钢材更便宜、自重更大、抗拉强度更低的脆性材料。因此,钢材和混凝土合理的组合后可充分发挥钢材和混凝土各自的性能,取得更佳的受力性能及经济效益。在我国大力发展基础建设的国情下,推动钢板组合梁桥的研究与应用,将有利于促进国民经济的发展,产生显著的经济和社会效益。
The mechanical performance of Composite structure is better than that of the single material. The strength and ductility of the steel performs well in tensile area, while the strength depends on the buckling strength in the compression zone, especially when the steel plate is thinner, it is difficult to give full play to its material properties. Compared with steel, concrete is a cheaper and heavier brittle material with lower tensile strength. Therefore, a reasonable combination of steel and concrete would give full play to the properties of both material, resulting the better mechanical performance and economic benefit. Under the policy of developing the infrastructure in our country, promoting the study and application of steel composite beam bridge will be conducive to the development of national economy,yielding remarkable economic and social benefits.
