基于提升学生双创能力的实训室课外开放管理实践

Practice in Open Management of Training Rooms to Improve Students' Innovative and Entrepreneurial Ability

针对实训室课外开放管理存在的问题,探索与实践了提升双创能力的实训室课外开放管理。建立了开放管理的体制机制,系统设计了开放训练项目,构建了信息化管理网络。近两年的追踪调查结果表明效果良好。

In view of the problems existing in the open management of the training room, the author explores and practiced the extracurricular open management of the training room to enhance students' innovative and entrepreneurial ability. By taking a series of measures, including establishing the institutional mechanisms, designing an open training project and developing information management network, the open management achieved good results as indicated by the two years of follow-up survey.
