文中阐述了国内外农村电商发展现状,研究供给侧改革视阈给农村电商发展带来的新思考,从有效需求、结构化调整、供给侧和需求侧同时发力等方向深入分析高职教育为地方农村电商发展提供智力、技术、资源等全方位支持的建设思路和方法,并论证其可行性。

This paper elaborates the development of countryside EC home and abroad, and new reflections on the countryside EC development brought by the supply side reform, analyzes deeply the developing ideas and methods of Higher Vocational Education Serving for Countryside E-commerce by providing intelligence, technology and resource support from different aspects including the effective demand, structural adjustment, the both supply and demand side, etc., and demonstrates the feasibility of these methods.
