Development and Suggestions of Science and Technology Parks in Universities of Jiangsu Province

江苏省政府自从实施创新驱动战略以来,全省各地涌现出一大批依托高校的大学科技创业园,这些服务于科技创新创业的孵化平台近年来实现了跨越式发展。但在实际运营中,普遍存在缺乏自身造血能力、发展定位不明晰、缺乏现代产权制度与经营管理理念等共性问题,因此需要引起各方重视并积极探讨解决途径。

Since the innovation driven strategy was implemented by Jiangsu government, a large number of Science and Technology Parks relied on colleges and universities have emerged in the province. These incubator platforms have achieved enormous development in recent years. However, there are many common operational problems, such as lack of independent capacity, unclear development orientation, lack of modern property right system and management philosophy, etc. which calls for attention from all parties and find out the solutions.
