摘要
以"智慧老河口建设"为例,研究分析了智慧老河口如何在建设中把握政府角色的定位与作用、技术资源的整合与利用、项目运营的社会参与等内容,不仅有效解决了智慧城市建设中遇到的资金、技术、工程建设、运营、维护、监管、人才队伍等一系列问题,而且取得良好的社会经济效益,形成老河口独具特色的建设模式、技术模式、服务模式和运营模式,为湖北中小城市智慧城市建设提供良好的建设样板。
Taking the construction of Smart Laohekou for example, this paper researched and analyzed the contents in Smart Laohekou that how to grasp the position and function of the government's role, the integration and utilization of technology resources, the social participation in the project operation. This study not only effectively solved the problems such as capital, technology, construction, but also got some good social and economic benefits, and formed the unique construction mode, technical mode, service mode and operation mode of Smart Laohekou. The study can provide a good model for the construction of Smart City for small and medium sized cities in Hubei Province.
