Practice and Exploration of the Surveying and Mapping Serving in the Old Residential Area Property Management

针对城市老旧住宅区物业管理中的问题和需求,以武汉市"城管革命"和老旧住宅区物业管理考评工作为契机,通过测绘服务老旧住宅区物业管理新模式的实践与探索,并拓展到新建住宅区,为老旧住宅区物业管理提档升级提供测绘保障,为构建物业管理综合信息系统及房产管理大数据平台奠定坚实基础。

In view of the problems and demands of property management in urban old residential areas, taking Wuhan 'urban management revolution' and the old residential area property management evaluation as an opportunity, we carried out practice and exploration of the new mode of surveying and mapping service old residential district property management, and applied it to new residential area. This study can provide a surveying and mapping protection for the Old residential area property management upgrades, and lay a solid foundation for building a comprehensive information management system for property management and a real estate data management platform.
