就业是民生之本,关系到个人的家庭幸福、社会的繁荣发展和国家的长治久安。改革开放近四十年来,党和政府不断推进落实积极的就业政策;尤其在党的十八大以后,更是把充分就业设立为国家发展的重要战略目标。以构建和谐社会为前提,深入分析就业优先战略及其实施重点,进一步完善就业优先为发展战略的相关政策,强化优先就业发展的具体措施,不仅有利于协调劳动力市场与经济社会发展之间的关系,更有利于中国特色社会主义事业的建设和发展。

Employment is vital to people's livelihood and related to every individual's family happiness,social prosperity,and the country's long-term stability.Since the reform and opening up 40 years ago,especially since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party and the government have set full employment as an important strategic target for national development.On the premise of establishing a harmonious society,it is not only conducive to the coordination of the labor market and the social and economic development,but also to the construction and development of the Chinese-style socialism,to analyze the employment priority strategy and its focal points of implementation and to further improve and enforce policies and specific measures related to the strategy.
