摘要
森林可持续经营的最终落脚点是科学技术和人才。教育水平和人才素质直接影响着科学技术的发展,但我国林业问题制约新型人才培养模式,应明确林业创新人才培养目标,探索发展机遇和挑战,建立合作机制,优化学科和课程体系,创新教学模式,完善教学管理,为促进林业可持续发展培养优秀的林业人才。
The ultimate foothold of forest sustainable management is technology and talented people. Education level and talent quality directly effect the development of science and technology, but China’s forestry problems restricting new talent cultivation model.We should make clear the goal of forestry innovation talents, explore development opportunities and challenges, establish cooperative mechanism, optimize discipline and curriculum system, innovate teaching mode, improve teaching management, and cultivate outstanding forestry talents
