摘要
目的探讨赋能教育在肝动脉灌注化疗栓塞术患者中的应用效果。方法选择肝动脉灌注化疗栓塞术患者184例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=93)和对照组(n=91)。对照组给予常规护理和健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上给予赋能教育,入院当天和出院时观察比较2组患者自我护理能力和疼痛评分,并记录发生恶心呕吐、镇痛剂及止吐剂使用情况。结果入院当天2组患者疼痛评分、自我护理能力总分及各维度得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院时观察组自我护理能力总分及各维度得分均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者术后恶心呕吐发生次数、镇痛剂及止吐剂使用次数均低于对照组。结论赋能教育可有效提高患者术后自护能力,减轻疼痛,减少患者术后恶心呕吐发生。
Objective To evaluate the effect of empowerment-based education on self-care skills and adverse reaction in liver cancer patients after transcatheter arterial chemo-embolization(TACE) surgery.Methods With convenience sampling,184 patients after TACE were selected and divided into intervention group(n =93) and control group(n =91) randomly;conventional nursing and health education were performed in control group but empowerment-based education was carried out in intervention group additionally;after intervention,patients ' self-care skills and adverse reaction in 2 groups were compared using Self-care Agency scale and Visual Analogue scale.Nausea and vomiting times and the use amount of antiemetic and anodyne were recorded and compared.Results The pain scores,self-care ability scores and each dimension score were no statistically significant in two group at the day of admission(P>0.05).Self-care ability scores and each dimension score of patients in intervention group were better than those in control group at discharge(P <0.05).Patients in intervention group had lower pain scores than those in control group at discharge(P<0.05),nausea and vomiting times and the amount of antiemetic and anodyne in intervention group were less than those in control group.Conclusion Empowerment-based education can significantly improve self-care skills and reduce adverse reaction in liver cancer patients after TACE surgery.
