云计算环境下信息服务现状与发展对策

The Current Status of Information Service and the Measures for Its Development in the Cloud Computing Environment

云计算技术的快速发展与应用,改变了传统的信息服务模式。在云计算环境下,信息服务出现了一些新的趋势,主要包括知识服务泛在化、个性化信息服务和长尾效应、信息服务方式的拓展、信息服务环境集约化。与此同时,也产生了一些新问题。分析云计算环境下信息服务存在的三大问题:数据安全问题、云计算标准问题和法律法规问题,并提出三条相应的发展对策:综合采用数据存储安全技术、数据访问安全技术和数据管理安全技术,以保障用户数据安全;在遵循产学研协同推进、做好顶层设计以及与国际接轨这三大原则的基础上,积极建设云标准;参考一些欧美发达国家的做法,制定政策和法律法规。

The rapid development of cloud computing and its applications have changed the traditional pattern of information services. In the cloud computing environment, some new trends have appeared in information services, including ubiquitous knowledge service, personalized information service and the long tail effect, expansion of the information service mode and intensification of the information service environment. At the same time, a number of new issues have also surfaced. The present article analyzed three issues with information service in the cloud computing environment, namely data security, cloud computing standards, laws and regulations and put forward some measures for its development. Firstly, the security technology for data storage, data access and data management should be employed to safeguard the security of users’data. Secondly, the cloud standards should be established while industry-universityresearch cooperation is being promoted, the top-level design made and the international convention acted upon. Finally, laws and regulations should be formulated according to the practices of the developed western countries.
